Orders are shipped direct from South Africa — Delivered to Your Door in the USA

Every order is handled with care and precision to ensure you receive your products safely and promptly.

Order Processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment checkout.
Please note that weekends and South African public holidays are excluded from processing times.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation e-mail so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped via Express International Courier for fast, reliable delivery and full tracking capability.
Typical delivery times range from 3–10 business days, depending on courier schedules and customs clearance times.

Shipping Costs

To make international delivery more accessible, shipping costs are shared between ARMY ANT GEAR and the customer.
Your final shipping rate will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Duties and Taxes

All care is taken by ARMY ANT GEAR to cover any applicable import duties or taxes when shipping to the United States.
However, in the unlikely event that additional customs fees or import duties are charged by U.S. authorities, these will remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, international shipping times may occasionally be affected by customs inspections, courier delays, public holidays or acts of God.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At ARMY ANT GEAR, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Return & Exchange Periods

We offer:

  • 30-day returns or exchanges for eligible products.

  • 7-day refunds (in the form of store credit) for online purchases.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via store@armyantgear.com.

Conditions of Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging .

  • Returns exclude personalized or custom-made products.

  • All returned goods will be inspected to verify that they meet the above conditions before any credit, exchange, or replacement is issued.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

ARMY ANT GEAR reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows any signs of use, wear, damage, or is not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Sale Items

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for sale or discounted items.

  • An exchange for a different product of equal value may be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all sale exchanges.

  • Please note that no returns will be processed during major sale events (e.g., Black Friday) — returns and exchanges from these periods will be handled after the sale event concludes.

Refunds & Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit within 5–7 business days after inspection of the returned item.

  • Store credit will be issued via email and can be used toward any future purchase at armyantgear.com.
